Aircraft on Ground Demands are quickly actioned by following an efficient process.

1. AOG request received via email/telecom
2. Stock check to confirm part/s availability
3. Stock confirmation sent to PBH department
4. Part/s located in warehouse through IT system
5. Demand raised in IT system
6. Demand issued out
7. Part delivered to customer (bicycle deliveries preferred, dependant on size of parcel/time of delivery and weather permitting- Green policy)
8. Replenishment order raised in IT
9. KPI’s updated (average delivery time 43 minutes from order receipt to delivery)
