Qualifications Requirement

Either:

  • BIFM (Qual) – Level 4 Diploma
  • Degree in Facilities Management or Estate Management
  • Member of Royal Institute of Charter Surveyors
  • Charter Institute of Building services Engineers
  • Institute of Facility Managers Association
