Eurocopter is committed to providing its customers with the most complete, accurate information in order to safely operate and maintain their aircraft in the most cost-effective manner possible.
This information is supplied via a comprehensive range of technical publications. Examples of the publication types provided by Eurocopter are detailed below:
The publications provide cover standard and customised aircraft installations as well as optional equipment.
Eurocopter also provides additional Safety Information in several formats: paper, PDFs, web-based XML/CGM Interactive Electronic Documentation (IETP) including advanced functions such as hyperlinks, search engines, the possibility to customise documentation and to order spares from the catalogue, periodic updates, etc.
To provide customers with immediate access to safety information about their helicopters and to keep their helicopters operational, Eurocopter has designed Technical Information Publication on Internet (T.I.P.I.), a website that issues publications such as Alert Service Bulletins (ASBs), Service Bulletins (SBs) and Safety Information Notices (SINs), among others, in real time.
To register for this service exclusively dedicated to Eurocopter customers and Eurocopter aircraft pilots, visit T.I.P.I.
